Bernadine is an avid cook and loves to garden, although this love does not always translate into success (or living plants). She is a graduate of Lexington High School, the University of California at Berkeley, and UCLA Law School. Prior to moving back to Boston, Bernadine was a civil rights attorney in Los Angeles, and was the principal of her own law firm. Bernadine lives in Brookline with her husband, their three children aged 14, 11, and 9, two rescue dogs, and three rescue cats.

Originally from Westwood, Kyia now resides in South Boston, giving her a well-rounded perspective on both suburban and city living. Her passion for connecting with people and understanding their unique led to her career in real estate. She joined the Tsung-Megason Group in Summer 2023, and has become an essential member of the team, playing a key role in client relations and overseeing all transactions from start to finish.
Kyia enjoys exploring new restaurants, running outdoors, and spending time with friends and family. She enjoys taking her rescue dog, Murphy, for walks, and relaxing in her favorite summertime spot, Cuttyhunk Island. Kyia graduated from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in May 2023, with a degree in Psychology.
