Bernadine is an avid cook and loves to garden, although this love does not always translate into success (or living plants). She is a graduate of Lexington High School, U.C. Berkeley, and UCLA Law School. Prior to moving back to Boston, Bernadine was a civil rights attorney in Los Angeles, and was the principal of her own law firm. Bernadine lives in Brookline with her husband Sean, their three children aged 13, 11 and 9, three rescue dogs, and three rescue cats.
